We are absolutely a "No Smoking" facility. If you smoke or use electronic cigarettes in the room there will be a $200 cleaning fee charged to your account. No bicycles are permitted in the rooms. (There is a bicycle hitching post out of sight from the street and indoor storage available.) Check-in time is 3 PM. Check out time is 11 AM. Sorry, the suites are not handicapped accessible.

Payments and Cancellations:

The following applies for reservations made directly with Jailhouse Suites. Other terms may apply if you booked through another booking agency. The total balance of your charges will be processed when you make your reservation. If you cancel up to seven days prior to your arrival; you will receive a refund of the total cost minus a $25 service charge.There is no refund if cancelation is made within 7 days of arrival. However if you have added the "Cancelation Guarantee" you may cancel up to 11 AM your day of arrival or any day during your stay. With the "Cancelation Guarantee" you will receive a refund equal to the value of any unused rental fees minus a $25 service charge and the cost of the Cancellation Guarantee.

Cancelation Guarantee:

"Cancelation Guarantee" is available at an additional charge of 10% of your total reservation. With our cancellation guarantee you may cancel or shorten your visit at any time and you will receive a refund equal to the value of paid rental for the unused portion of your stay less twenty five dollars and the fee for this service. The fee is 10% of your total rent. Cancellation must be received no later than 11 AM for that day to qualify. This service is available for purchase until seven days prior to your reservation arrival date. If cancellation is received after 11 am, that day's stay is considered "Used" and not available for consideration.

Bicycles:

No bicycles are permitted in the rooms, however there is a bicycle hitching post and indoor storage available. Information regarding access to indoor storage is on the inside of the door to the suite.

Automobile Charging:

All jailhouse Suites parking areas have 110 volt outlets available for you to plug your EV charger. The cost for charging is $5 for any portion of a 24-hour period. Please alert us if you wish to use this service.

Extra Guests:

Rental is based on two persons. Additional persons are $20 per person per night. Children under the age of two years are the exception.

Breakfast:

While not a traditional Bed & Breakfast, we do relate to your hunger. You may find some coupons in the suite.

Housekeeping Policy:

In an effort to conserve resources and to keep our rental prices reasonable we practice the following: One full housekeeping service is provided for guests staying more than seven nights. Full service includes dusting, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, emptying trash, cleaning of bathroom and kitchen, replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed and is performed once every seven days for extended stays. Of course this is all done prior to your arrival as well. Additional Full Service cleanings can be purchased at $30.00 per service. Extra sheets and towels are available in the suite.

Internet and WIFI:

Please be advised the WIFI provided for you is free and is a public network. We assume no liability related to its use.

Email and Text:

Our primary methods of communication are email and text. We send no more than two promotional emails per year. If you wish to opt out of these you may do so at any time via "un-subscribe" or at the time of your reservation by noting so in the "Notes, Special Requests" box. Text messaging is used to communicate during your stay and never for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to receive text arrival notices please note your preference in the "Notes, Special Requests" box.
